🔄 Refund Policy
At SONY POS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of digital software products and services, the following refund conditions apply:

Installation Fee: Non-refundable once installation is completed.

Monthly Packages: Non-refundable after activation.
- 6 Month Packages: Eligible for refund within 7 days if no major setup, Modifications or excessive usage has occurred.

Annual Packages: Eligible for refund within 7 days if no major setup, Modifications or excessive usage has occurred.

Offline One-Time Packages: Non-refundable after product delivery or activation.

Custom Development & Integrations: Non-refundable.
Customers are eligible to receive 70% refund within 7 days of purchase if they are unsatisfied with the software and no major customization work has been completed.
Refund requests must be submitted through email with proper payment details and reason for cancellation.
